I tried to copy and print tank top arms and failed! Wanted to take it up in my gym. Glutes are always a good time. Adding hurdles should be mandatory. Thanks Chris!

Shelley, Sent it to you in an email. See if you can copy or print it.

What the heck I might as well start here now. I finally was able to print off the Tank Top Arms with a bit of help from Chris. I am planning on running through it once tonight. Working my way back up to 3 times.

60 minute walk - 3.1 miles.
Plus Day 1 of a push-up, squat and plank challenge with this travel group on Facebook. I’m doing the beginner challenge as I failed to make the 30 days last month. If at first...Yada yada yada.
Push ups - 5
Squats - 10
Plank - 10 sec
The challenge has different levels. I’m definitely going with the beginner group. By the end of the month I’m supposed to be able to complete 50 pushups, 100 squats, 90 second plank. The challenge alsoes burpees but I passed on that...sorry Shelley!
Nice to meet you Agnes. I’m with Shelley maybe I’ll join you with a weight goal for July. Also going to do tank top arms w/o pushups since I’m doing them in other challenge.
Let’s have a great month ladies!

Kathy you know those burpees are so good for us, yada yada yada, muahahaha. Glad to see you are doing a Facebook challenge and logging it here. Pushups are harder than one would think.
I did our Tank Top Arms. 12 pound weights and only did one set to end. That made 40 pushups. ouch. Jogged on the treadmill for a bit also.

Hi Agnes!
Did my exercising before 8am so I wouldn't get so overwhelmed by the heat...glad I did...it hit 95 today!
Did 50 minutes of walking.
Karen1 -
Kathy hope you got in that evening walk!
Chris get well.
Karen great thinking!
It was in the 90's here also.
Just the treadmill and concrete pouring today. So glad I bought a mixer! Used 6 have today of concrete.

Just went on a long bike ride early....75 mins! Beautiful and not hot yet!

Busy with the holiday and preparing a birthday parade for my father who turns 85 on July 7th. We’re having the car parade on Sunday so everyone can participate. Of course with social distancing and masks for all. No one will get within 12 feet of my parents. I think he will enjoy seeing the family...even from a distance.
In the 90s here in Georgia as well.
Facebook challenge:
Push ups - 11
Squats - 16
Plank - 15

Kathy you are so right. Social distancing is for the best. And 12 feet is best. No one seems to know what 6 feet is! We hit 92 yesterday and then it dropped as some rain came in!
Got in 45 minutes on the treadmill so far.
