    Dinner tonight was fish tacos. Swai cooked with black beans and seasoning. Served with lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream and homemade guac. I skipped the tortilla and had my salad style. But I had a beer.... And blueberry cobbler for dessert. As I said, I really need to log! But it was delicious!

    It was hot here too, so I made a cold Quinoa salad with chicken. It’s made with Quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, cilantro and a spicy cumin based vinaigrette. I add cold rotisserie chicken and it’s done. Yum.

    @kmfeig87 - I also had a cold beer with dinner. But I didn’t get cobbler. But now I’m definitely craving it 😄

    Bit late on the dinner conversation but we had spicy black beans with veggie sausages and toast. Got back in at 8.30pm from walking the dog and couldn't muster anything more exciting.

    I'm very jealous of @kmfeig87's cobbler though. Mmmmm sounds delicious!
