I do early or late depending on my work schedule. Today im passing on the workout because I am so sore, and tomorrow will probably not happen because I have a 14 hour shift. But Friday i will work out in the late evening, then the next 3 days off so ill try for mornings.
I've been rebuilding slowly to 10k steps, and weight training/pilates. It is incredibly hot here and only comfortable to walk in the a.m. or after sundown. I am doing 15 minutes of free weights/Pilates daily, and my goal is to add 5 minutes per week.
I really miss my gym, where I went 6 days a week for an hour each day. I wasn't a beast, but very strong. I can't go heavy, but I am increasing reps and using fitness bands which are actually kind of fun.

Went to the foot doc on 7/7. Lots of driving, not much walking. Getting back to good numbers again. Finally. Now hopefully the weight will follow 🤞

I took it easy yesterday and I feel a lot better today. The back pain seems to be gone. I'm just going to stick to some normal paced walking for a few days.5 -

I Am officially exhausted. I I have been working almost everyday, i do doubles a lot, and am so glad I have the next 3 days off. I wanted to workout today, but I am at work, and am so damn tired that my only goal is to make it through work today.
