I thought I may get an increase after the crazy loss last week. Monthly bloat, and I weighed after breakfast, so we’ll see what next week holds...2 -

So I had some good things happen this week. I dropped below 225 and hope to stay that way by tomorrow's weigh in. I tried on a large shirt and it fit. I was in a 3xl this time last year. I broke 90lbs lost for the year with a couple weeks left for my 1 year of losing date. As a reward for myself, I'm getting my wife and myself a new smart watch.
One of the best things to happen was for my son's girlfriend. She has a condition which has caused her lower jawbone to basically disintegrate. She has been losing teeth and have multiple open nerves due to these losses. The poor girl has to tear up her food with a fork before eating to lessen the pain of eating. She had given up hope of getting it fixed. Yesterday we got her approved for a loan to pay for the operation. She is scheduled for surgery next month and we are so excited for her.6 -
Sharing Saturday!!
I'd like to hear some thoughts on your menu planning for the week ahead.
I have decided to make a list of meals I can do for lunch or dinner for the week ahead, listing the meal on a paper square, then cut them apart and put them in a jar...each morning, I'll pull out two of them and that's my food for the day. This will make every day a surprise, take away worrying about what to have, take the pressure off and keep me from overeating. But by planning ahead, everything is on hand and I don't have to worry about what to fix!!
I'm trying to do two meals a day, intermediate fasting from 7pm to Noon the next day. I will leave a little room for a small bowl of cereal or snack, in case I'm hungry. Want to see if I can get some discipline back in practice.
What's your plan for the week? Share away!

Got within 0.5 lb of goal and went up again
🙈
Ah well, to be honest I've not been exercising as much as normal, except for walking the mutt, because I've been too busy trying to train him out of his anxiety issues.
Hopefully next week is my goal week!
