We had a little friend gathering and the host made awesome food and one of our friends made delicious cake but it was a sugar bomb. Couldn't resist a piece, ugh!

Exercise: 85min walk
I started experiencing some pains in my chest and my heartrate going up & down from 55-90bpm in a minute while resting in the couch. Not sure why.. I would perhaps believe it is because my body is exhausted because my activity levels went up by 100%. I usually have 3hrs of sports/exercise per week but last week I had over 7hrs of exercise. OR because I am experiencing stress I am not aware of yet?
Anyway the chest pains are the reason why I will take it slow this week. This thing happening right now kind of sucks because this week I was about to finish my 12 week Jillian Michaels program. But health comes first!2 -

Today I took a long walk and after my walk I was super hungry! I tried to get something healthy like a salad but the salad I chose was not so healthy as it was over 1000 calories!!! I had no idea until I Checked after eating 1/2 for lunch and being full then 1\2 for dinner and also being full! 😖😏 tomorrow, I’ll be cooking my own healthy salad!!

Sorry I'm late it was a busy weekend and i forgot to post. This is Sundays weight.
I've been slacking on the dailies. I got some not so fun news at the doc on Wednesday and Ive been in a weird mood.2 -

Not the best day. Had trauma therapy and feeling down. I'm glad I did my work out before I went to the session. BPS literally sucked the life out of me. Feeling exhausted. Hopefully the side effects will be gone by tomorrow.

This sucks!!! 😣😢 Guess my body was fighting back against that 6 pound weight loss in two weeks!! However I did kind of overdo it on the sweets this week. Next week I’m gonna work on my sweet intake and try to control my calorie intake a little bit more. @AmyG1982 question: do we continue on or is this the end for this group?2
