Yes x 3 for me today. I increased my calorie allowance this month to 1430 + exercise calories, and it feels so much more doable.

1st August was a triple Yes day, with 30 minutes walking before it got too hot. I'm in Montpellier, southern France, and the temperature is 40°.
2nd August was a Pass Day, I went over calories, giving in to a yen for pate on toast. As my kitchen gets too hot to cook in, I am eating ready meals, lots more calories than home cooked food.10 -
I did everything other then sticking to my calorie goal. Pass #18

I live in a small city in Southern Ontario, Canada. Our only daughter just moved out this past school year to attend a university 9 hours away. This leaves my husband, me and an aging cat in our house. I loved Covid as my daughter came home to live with us for about 2 months (an unexpected bonus). She went back though, as her program is a research program and her university lab is open. I now work from home and am loving it.
@Jana_2020, hello, neighbour! I am in Tillsonburg. Where are you?0 -

@wishback It's hard when you start. Don't be discouraged. It will get easier the more you do it. Keep at it. This develops good habits in the long run😉. We're glad you're here!1 -

Hello everyone ☺️
Either more carbs/saltier meal at night or modified sleep pattern or maybe the hot day (am I right? 🌞) lead to water weight. Stay focused and the weight will drop the next few days 😉.1 -
1. Yes.
2. I doubt it.
3. No.
I've been using MFP for a few years but faithfully for 80 plus days and reached my goal weight by doing so. I finally went on a weekend getaway and just got home Sunday morning. Although I did go to the gym every morning I didn't keep track (didn't want to know to be honest) of my calories or my food/drink while traveling. So, I'm one day behind but getting back on track today. Excited to be part of this challenge.

Hello everyone.
I reside in a 2-bedroom town home in sunny SFL.
The storm did not amount to much in my local - a little wind and rain - thank goodness. That said, my neighbor's water heater decided to spring a leak yesterday and it ran between the units and flooded my pantry. Our pantries are under the stairs which is where all of our water heaters are......so one has to squeeze themselves between the water heater and a wall in order to store or in my instance wipe up gallons of water. TG, I saw it early. There was no damage even though it took me about two hours to clean up and figure out where the water was coming from (I turned it off for my unit). Of course, the neighbors were out.....they returned home two hours later. They were thankful I let them know and are now getting a new unit. Anyway, it was four very long hours of water clean up and making sure I kept up with the water that was running! Also thankful it was clean water versus something else leaking.
Yes times three for me!10
