    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
    @BMcC9 Pune is about 150 kms from Bombay ( Mumbai )

    Either more carbs/saltier meal at night or modified sleep pattern or maybe the hot day (am I right? 🌞) lead to water weight. Stay focused and the weight will drop the next few days 😉.

    Exercise: Yes - 4 mile walk. Rehabbing a minor injury, felt good to get out despite the oppressive humidity.

    I'm on Long Island, New York. But not for much longer - next month I'll be joining @MadisonMolly2017 @Anya_000 and @corriepelc 's neighborhood in Northern California.
