Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, my husband and I went for a 30 minute brisk walk.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yup! And I ate more than I did yesterday so I'm proud of myself for that.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yup.4 -

Yes x3
It's funny how after over-eating on vacation, the first few days when you're back and eating normally again you end up feeling hungry in the afternoon. It's like my stomach is used to being overfed three meals a day + snacks. It felt good to reign that in yesterday and today and reset my stomach's calibration. Today I ate sensibly, had a delicious shrimp and zucchini orzo dish under 500 cal, and did a walk.6 -
Exercise: yes. A 56 minute brisk walk, although still in a lot of pain from last month’s back injury.
Tracked: yes

1) More than 20 minutes of daily exercise;
2) Tracking the caloric intake of both food and beverage;
3) Consuming no more than your chosen limit of daily calories
4) Daily or every third day reporting of your fulfillment of the above.
5) At least 7hrs of sleep
1) 60 min 🏃♀️, plus a bit of 🚴♀️ and a very brief 🎾
2) ✔
3) Deficit: 36 cal, not worth mentioning. But what is worth mentioning is that I went over 2000 cal and at the thought of using my 3rd pass on the 5th of the month, inspite of sleeping so well last night, I felt like giving up this challenge. However, I got in an awesome run in the evening (5,15 miles in 50 minutes) so here I am, still 🙋♀️.
5) Sleep: 9h ✔😄👍
@dewit
I’m glad you are here! We need to practice kindness & patience as we modify entrenched habits!!
36 calorie deficit x 365 days/year = 3.75 lbs per year.
I remind myself frequently of eating even 25 fewer calories per day. Each one matters!!2 -

@BMcC9 I got myself an MA in Art History a few years ago and have been writing and researching on various topics since then. An article in the Guardian newspaper grabbed my attention. It is about the effigy of the wife of Richard the Lionhearted. It's close to work I have done about Gothic architecture and all the places to visit are here in France, some close by. It's something I can do with Confinement restrictions in place.

Yes x 3. Bumped up my running this week and am paying for it. The dog is passed out, and I have all sorts of aches and pains. I'm going to bring it back down. I really want make it work, because running the beach cliffs is the main thing keeping me sane during COVID.5

Calories - Yes, well under - including a Taco Bell treat, mmmm
Exercise - Yes - got the Ring Fit Adventure game and tried it out! I was able to do all of the exercises in the beginning levels on Silent Mode (no running) without aggravating my foot. It didn't feel like THAT much of a workout, but I'm sore - in a good way - a day later! I guess I'm using some muscles that haven't gotten much attention lately! Definitely looking forward to taking advantage of this a lot more while my foot heals.5 -
