    Today is the beginning of Week 2.
    Please make sure you get me your weights on the day they are due.

    I am already dreading my weigh in as last week was very much an eat-out week for me.
    I am currently working on a meal plan for this week with the hopes of not straying from it!
    Hope everyone else has a plan in place and is doing well! :)

    Week 2 Question: The big thing that has helped me lose weight in the past has been tracking. When I track my food and think about everything I eat before I eat it I am more successful. Also if I can find ways to move more in a day. The first time I was successful in losing weight I skipped the elevator and took the stairs. It was a lot of work since I was going from the 2nd floor (ground in this building) to the 9th floor! I did this both coming and going. Now I am just trying to watch what I eat and follow a way of eating that works best for my body along with trying to move when possible. I try to go for a walk in the evening even if its just around the block especially when I would be tempted to snack after having dinner when I know I am not actually hungry.

    I've had those weeks, too! Sometimes changing things up for a day helps. I may eat lots of carbs one day during the week just to confuse my metabolism then go back to watching my micros. Sometimes that helps kick my weight loss back in.
