    A friend challenged me to no alcohol & no sugar for 60 days... Day 1! Will post my weekly weigh-in tomorrow

    I've had those weeks, too! Sometimes changing things up for a day helps. I may eat lots of carbs one day during the week just to confuse my metabolism then go back to watching my micros. Sometimes that helps kick my weight loss back in.

    Not bad considering you were on vacation. Remember to drink more water, just in-case you are retaining water.

    Looks like most of you had a loss this past week! Good job!
    And a few of us (me included) struggled a bit, but we can do this!

    Today starts Week 3! Let's focus and see what we can achieve this week!
