Happy birthday @RangerRickL - with warm wishes for many more! In the short time I've been in the challenge, I would have to agree with @victorious55's and @Hollis100's posts. I hope you had a wonderful day.

@lalabank I love that expression, "free range eating". That is the way it is whenever we don't track.3

Wow O! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
It's sure a pleasure to celebrate with you in this forum.
Please permit me to appreciate you on behalf of us all in this forum.
I am sure I am speaking for most people, especially those of us who have been in this group for a long time.- Your dedication has made it exciting to be here each day.
- Your motivational quotes are very helpful reminders of why we are here.
- Your warmth is very permeating. The group is the most welcoming and involving group in MFP
- You include everyone. Winners and consistent loggers, even those who log in for few days
- This is the most successful group in MFP because of your management and dedication. There is a purpose, there is a goal and there is a process of achieving that goal. There is a proven method to achieving the goal.
- Track everything
- Stay within your daily allocated calories
- Exercise for at least 20 minutes
Some people touch and impact people in big ways. But some people touch and impact people everyday and empower/facilitate people to change their destiny and their family destiny. You have been doing that in this group.
Congratulations to you and Rose for your 70th birthday. Many happy returns and God's blessing and prosperity.
Agree with every word! There were a few days when things weren’t going that well for me but your motivational posts and the support from this group have been the much-needed reminders of hope.

Exercise: Yes, minimal, but still 30 minutes walking
Calories: Yes, stayed under by 3 calories, without exercise calories.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Spent a large part of the day trying to find out if I can continue academic studies in the Netherlands. UK is prohibitively expensive, France is very dogmatic. Found a university in Amsterdam and a professor who might take me on! Excited, will be writing a proposal today and over the weekend!8 -
