    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, outdoor evening walk culminating with walk through the grocery store for a few things. No exergame today, but still over 6,400 steps and 27 active minutes
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, ate light today, not even all my allowables
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Just happy the vertigo is slowly going away and I have started walking again after 4 or more days off .
