    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but it is still quite difficult to balance my macros as a vegan because I'm not a big protein eater. Today, I had two vegan shakes and lots of tofu. I'm stuffed.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, once again, I exercise at my Hell Job, disinfecting public areas due to the pandemic, plus walking over 8 hours. I count about 3 hours of exercise since I have no idea what kind of calories I'm really burning (I'm doing something because it wipes me out).

    I had a nice long walk for about an hour. Weather is gorgeous this week 🌞 I logged all my food/drink and was under calorie count for the day.
    Other news: I lost .8 lbs. I’m thrilled & happy to be part of this challenge! Staying focused! Thank youπŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

    Struggled to get myself started on the lifting, since I was tired and had another rough day. Yet, I did it!!! Had also a short run - time is a really nice number πŸ˜‚. Also fun to see the 0 cal left.

    Yes to all three, got up and swam for an hour before work which was amazingly fun and I wish I could do it every morning (pool doesn't open early enough Mon/ Tue and Fri). Getting another early night but sleep is still my biggest challenge this month.
