    @djmicheals - I use Harmon connect and it connects my Harmon to training peaks, Strava, and MyFitnessPal. I’m not sure about Fitbit but maybe some of the folks on here know?

    @darkrider42 I was looking at the spreadsheet and I think that there is an error with my total miles? I began in July and it shows over 1,000 miles? Am I reading the stats wrong? Thanks!!

    I'm back to Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires. I hit something in the road today and put a 1/4" gash and two punctures in my tire. Had to call for a pick up. I put the marathon plus tire on for the commute home. That's one heavy slow rolling tire. It's a tank with road debris but it takes a lot more to make it roll down the road.

    Yes it does. I have my Garmin linked to both Fitbit and MFP. However, I did have to disconnect Fitbit from MFP - it double counts your activity. The way I have it set up it only links for my activity though, not steps. :D Which is great, because you get double the calories :D:D:D .

    @clepant - the ankle is feeling much stronger, but it’s still very tender to touch. I just need to be diligent about my exercises. As the pain has reduced it has thrown up how injured my opposite hip and shoulder were :'(
    @dean - I shall do my best not to “do a Dean” and push the recovery. o:)

    @DEAN - Bummer about the tire again! You must really have some rough roads there! I can't remember the last time I got a flat on my bike.... *KNOCKING FURIOUSLY ON WOOD* :lol: Oh, and I corrected your total to 271. I didn't think you'd want to ride those 100 miles again. :wink:
