    Posted on the invite and joined the Sept Group already. Some new team-mates have already shown up in the Sept Intros. Go intro yourself to them and say "Hi, New-Neighbour!"

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 1 hour, 45 minute trail run, no walking. At age 72 and with damaged knees, I'm a very slow runner, but my happy place is putting in the miles on the trails.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, easily.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Yesx3 day today. I did enjoy dessert but still managed to offset with my morning and evening walks with my toddler in the stroller. Only 1 pass day left so I better be careful. Hope you all had. A good weekend.

    Went on a walk with my co-teacher and we finished the walk at school so we could put together 60 boxes of materials for students. 12k steps and lots of lifting and moving of items.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, all at work, carrying some heavy boxes (on purpose, for the exercise), disinfecting the public areas because of the virus, and slow walking over 8 hours

    @Dory_42 I've also missed the animal stories. Sorry to hear your housemate had COVID-19, but hopefully she's okay now. Good to read you managed to stay healthy. :)
