Hi, sorry for the delay, we were away on a vacation and was not able to send the info on time. I am sure the weight gain this week is mainly water (I hope)...but its a gain non the less : (

I guess we'll see if I can FINALLY break my plateau. I've been working out regularly... now if I could just get rid of my sweet tooth! Wish me luck. I want to be below 130 by the end of Sept. You wouldn't think that is as difficult as it is, but being short, stocky and old with a sweet tooth is a bad combination. 😆3 -

Yay!!! 22lbs lost!! I really loved swimming on vacation so I’ve joined a new gym where I can swim. I’ve got a bad knee that prevents me from running so this is such a good option.5 -

I am amazed by these results since I barely exercised and went over on my calories everyday. I’m pretty sure most of this was just water weight from late last week (period started on my last weigh in day), but a loss is a loss and I’ll take it!3 -

I need to get below 63kg to move from overweight to “normal” on the BMI charts. It’s close! I’m a small build so I need to be a decent amount below that eventually but it will still be a nice milestone.2 -
