    Hi, sorry for the delay, we were away on a vacation and was not able to send the info on time. I am sure the weight gain this week is mainly water (I hope)...but its a gain non the less : (

    I guess we'll see if I can FINALLY break my plateau. I've been working out regularly... now if I could just get rid of my sweet tooth! Wish me luck. I want to be below 130 by the end of Sept. You wouldn't think that is as difficult as it is, but being short, stocky and old with a sweet tooth is a bad combination. 😆

    Soooooo I think I'm gonna just take a break for a bit until I can get moved and then focus on fitness again. Time is a butt kicker lately!! Thank you for understanding I'll see y'all at the end of September!!

    Yes I did I try to do it from my phone on my commute to work and press post reply twice.

    I am amazed by these results since I barely exercised and went over on my calories everyday. I’m pretty sure most of this was just water weight from late last week (period started on my last weigh in day), but a loss is a loss and I’ll take it!

    I need to get below 63kg to move from overweight to “normal” on the BMI charts. It’s close! I’m a small build so I need to be a decent amount below that eventually but it will still be a nice milestone.

    Skipping weigh in today, I have a strong plan for September, so I will do new weigh in next Saturday. Hubby's birthday and ate out yesterday and I know the scale is up. Sodium, sodium, sodium.
