    @mhassan160, a net zero for the month....better than a gain! Now is a good time to reflect on the past four weeks and then come up with plan to do a few things differently for September. If we can learn something, we are still moving forward with our journey!

    @cmhubbard92, a good pound a week lost in August! A successful month and continuing your successful trend!!

    Sorry! Will not participate in September challenge, just started my fall semester but I will keep logging my food and do my best to lose weight, of course I will miss you all here wish you all the best!!

    Just for today: rest day church on line, prayer 🙏 & meditation 🧘‍♀️ 5000 steps 🚶‍♀️
    Yesterday : I was hurt at work on Friday . Punched in the ear 👂, check head, and upper left back . Today I am sore, have a constant headache 🤕. I think I sprained my right knee and have a muscle strain in my right hip and upper back . After 33 yrs I think I need to retire
