I'm sorry I am not being an active team member at the moment. Going through a rough period. Happy with the results but also not happy because I didn't eat very well/healthy this week.
I will try to come up with a new plan for september because my current fitness/health plan is drowning because of some changes in life.

Happy to see a loss after weeks of gaining, just sad that I’ve let myself gain so much recently2 -
@AmyG1982 During last week of september and first 3 weeks of october i probably won't be active on here, since i will be busy with moving to our new home.
So i won't participate in october (will in november again) and i will try to log my weight that last week of september, but could be i forget (getting the key ocotber first, which is my weigh-in day)2 -

I’m completely shocked 😳 by this number and it initially made me super angry!! I’ve been working my buns off and I totally see a different in I’m clothes. However, when I look back on my food diary, I could have done better with my eating. And I know that the scale doesn’t tell the entire story so... I’m done with intermittent fasting... it helped me with dealing with hunger but I know now that it’s all about what I eat daily period.
August was a fun month and I’m looking forward to losing more weight with my MFP friends next month! 🤗2 -
