So thank God they found a replacement for my Aide cause I've would've not eaten today as sitting with my niece again for her virtual learning had my back go from a 7 to 9 on the pain scale😥😥😥. Took an extra dose of gabapentin and Tizanidine and napped from 4pm to 725pm just in time for dinner cause at 8pm I start my intermittent fasting.0 -
