    So thank God they found a replacement for my Aide cause I've would've not eaten today as sitting with my niece again for her virtual learning had my back go from a 7 to 9 on the pain scale😥😥😥. Took an extra dose of gabapentin and Tizanidine and napped from 4pm to 725pm just in time for dinner cause at 8pm I start my intermittent fasting.

    No to all - Worked all day, then spent almost 5 hours in the car for a trip that should’ve been under 4. Weekend with a friend, not watching calories too closely.

    I was housebound most of the week due to extreme pain from an infected tooth, then from the after effects of a root canal that has taken way too long to stop throbbing. Hopefully I'll be pain free and able to be a lot more active this coming week.
