    I am spinning out of control. I just can't allow myself to get back to where I was before. I went out to dinner with friends on Friday night and ate way too much. I'm still active, working in the yard, and walking. I'm just not following my plan and not journaling. I need to re-commit myself and get back in control.

    I’m in the still boat and these surgeries keep putting me back when I just think I’m getting back on track. But no worries. We got this!
