Yes x 3. I came too much under goal today. Luna kitten is starting to struggle with eating, so I’m stressed out. I did an awful lot of cleaning today, as well as helping to mount the new medicine chest in the guest bath.
I thought retirement would be less stressful, but apparently that isn’t the case.1 -

Yes x 3 for Monday and Sunday too. I did two boot camp sessions today because I might not have a chance tomorrow. I'm proud of that! Hopefully I at least they a chance for a dog walk tomorrow, we'll see.2

Over calories by half of the pecans...
Exercise: nope
Still in winners circle, but unhealthy air due to New Fires kept me in the house. Still averaged 10-11K for the last week!! 97 degree house temp kept me from doing my back up exercises.
In addition, the lack of exercise meant my appetite didn’t get whacked down...which led to The Raw Pecan Event of sept 28, 2020! 😂
I ate some (ok a lot) of raw pecans (3 oz??) but more importantly, not weighed.) I was chasing my hunger all day likely due to the Long & very vigorous hikes this week & Eating fewer calories.
So that’s my 3rd pass day.
Two days to go...I’ll do Ex bike and/or yoga If I can’t get outside then. 💪🏻3 -

Only goes to show ... eating for HIS long-term health helps keep me healthy too. Back to reality on Tuesday.
