This photo was taken just before we left Yellowstone Park.

I didn’t log food because it was mostly snacks while hiking but I’m guessing it would come out around my budget. Exercise was done in abundance. The plan was to climb a mountain but when we got there the trail was closed so we went to try another trail which turned into quite an adventure. Badly marked trail which is really overgrown means we were never actually sure if we were on the trail or just an animal track. It was fun though.
Then I entered my happy place! Jiu Jitsu class is back. An hour of fun with my hooligan kids at their class and then hanging out with coach and his family for a bit before adult class. It is so good to be back in the routine of class even if it is limited numbers and time. First full class I’ve managed since I broke my arm in Feb 2019 so it was extra special for me. I’m on a high from getting back and doing a good session. Gonna sleep well tonight!5 -

Nice long powerwalk with intervals of jogging to get some HIIT into my exercise. Thinking I'm going to step it up if my ankles and knees coperate and do at least 3 times a week.

I've been MIA since the first week in September. I've been physically active and watching my food consumption for the most part.Won't go into details but life can get crazy...so here I am and determined to give it my all in October.3 -

Yes x 3. I came too much under goal today. Luna kitten is starting to struggle with eating, so I’m stressed out. I did an awful lot of cleaning today, as well as helping to mount the new medicine chest in the guest bath.
I thought retirement would be less stressful, but apparently that isn’t the case.1 -

Yes x 3 for Monday and Sunday too. I did two boot camp sessions today because I might not have a chance tomorrow. I'm proud of that! Hopefully I at least they a chance for a dog walk tomorrow, we'll see.2

Over calories by half of the pecans...
Exercise: nope
Still in winners circle, but unhealthy air due to New Fires kept me in the house. Still averaged 10-11K for the last week!! 97 degree house temp kept me from doing my back up exercises.
In addition, the lack of exercise meant my appetite didn’t get whacked down...which led to The Raw Pecan Event of sept 28, 2020! 😂
I ate some (ok a lot) of raw pecans (3 oz??) but more importantly, not weighed.) I was chasing my hunger all day likely due to the Long & very vigorous hikes this week & Eating fewer calories.
So that’s my 3rd pass day.
Two days to go...I’ll do Ex bike and/or yoga If I can’t get outside then. 💪🏻3
