    I slept badly (remember me from August? 😃), but had a full day yesterday and biked around for over 1,5 hrs. Did not track 🚴‍♀️ rigurously, but tracked all food and had to play a bit with my exercise cals, to stay on plus 🤭.

    In short, one day down 🙌

    Somehow I missed tracking for 10/1 not a good way to start but on that note I did walk over 2 miles at lunch logged food and stayed under.

    Good luck to everyone this month now the challenge becomes more supportive with all of the holidays approaching stay focused don’ t become one of the January gotta lose folks stay attentive to you
