It's both my birthday today, and the Canadian Thanksgiving Monday long weekend about to start (tomorrow after end of work)
Pumpkin pie is DEFINITELY on the menu! The birthday meal (roast of beef, gravy, mashed potatoes etc) might get postponed to tomorrow. First slice of pie .... maybe NOT postponed
.... (Pumpkin Spice is my favourite season of the year - around here "pumpkin spice EVERY thing" shows up in September ..... I make do with pumpkin pie spice-mix from the baking aisle into yogurt, coffee, on PB&banana toast etc for the rest of the year)11 -

Pass 2/3 for me as well. Don't know what happened, but suddenly the day is over and I've done zero exercise. I have however tracked everything and am way under on calories!6

Pass day #1 for Wednesday. I couldn't track dinner and am pretty sure it sent me over the edge anyway.
Today I'm logging everything and don't expect a pass, even though we're indulging while out of town for a few days for our anniversary. I've already done over 11k steps and a 25 min swim and the day isn't over yet. Planning one more big evening dog walk! There's no way in heck that I would have celebrated this way before we had a dog and active lifestyle. A dog was such a game changer for our health.7 -

Every year around this time one of my previous coworkers (and now just good friend) and myself would trek over to IHOP for the annual pumpkin pancake run!! May have to splurge that at some point! They never really understand just how much extra whipped cream is required.6 -
