    I knew this weekend was going to be bad for my diet but it's worse than I thought. Visiting my son in Seattle and the hotel fitness center is closed and breakfast is a cellophane wrapped, 300 cal 35 grams of carbs blueberry muffins. 😲 Normally I would have a scrambled egg.

    Getting back to it! Reading a chapter or two before bed. I had a poor night of sleep, and the dreary weather didn't help my energy levels!

    On a random note, last night, my fantasy football team placed me in 6th place(out of 192,000), with a $450 win! I winged it, and it was only $0.25 to play! I've never won more than a few dollars before!
