    @trooworld Wahhooooo looks at you go!! I know that you feel super proud of yourself for getting 100% on your goals and you should be proud. You are rocking it! B)

    @jazzagirl30 Glad to have you back! We will get you back on the spreadsheet. Just try to remember that if you miss two weeks in a row you are taken off the list and moved down to the drop list. Of course, you can always come back! Great loss by the way!! B)

    @Katmary71 I sure hope that the medication helps this time and that you get the appointment you so badly need. Just hang in there and keep on being determined to get the care you deserve. <3

    @emj90210 Yayyy on your weight loss this week! Sorry for the tooth pain. I know how agonizing those wisdom teeth can be. I ended up having all 4 of my pulled years ago. I hope you feel better soon. <3

    @TwistedSassette Love those articles!! NO more zero days is great advice and something I’ve been trying to embrace in my own life. We find it so easy to beat ourselves up for what we didn’t do and never stop to give ourselves praise for what we do right for ourselves. Thanks! :)

    Good morning! I’m working on training myself to sleep on my back in the hopes that it will help my right shoulder to stop hurting all the time. I did pretty well, except for that one time that hubby had to shake me to roll over. :grin: Today’s plan is to fast at least 22 hours, eat 500 calorie dinner, and do a killer leg workout. I have church tonight so not sure if I will be able to check back in. Have an awesome day everyone! :)

    I just got home from my surgery consult for my shoulder, and the dr thinks I need surgery because I've done all the right things. Unfortunately, I am 23 pounds too heavy to have anesthesia (for anything other than a complete emergency). I have to get down to 300 to have surgery. He wants me to do it in the next six weeks. It took me 11.5 weeks to lose 22 pounds. Now I have to lose 23 in SIX weeks! Almost half the time for roughly the same amount of weight. If I haven't lost it by then, we'll set another appointment to check in before scheduling the surgery. I don't know what I'm going to do to try to double my weight loss to 4 pounds a week for the next 6 weeks.

    @GabiV125 I'm glad you liked the plates! Would you believe we got those when we first got married? The grocery store had them for sale, and you could buy like two at a time at a discount with your groceries. I liked the pattern, so we acquired them little by little.

    @vegan4lyfe2012 We haven't been able to find delectica here yet, but I'm still hopeful. How did you like the buttercup?

    @TeresaW1020 I love the chair! That fabric is so pretty! I hope you can train yourself to sleep on your back. Shoulder sleeping is what screwed up my shoulder. :(

    @AustinRuadhain I'm a big audiobook fan! I listen to 5-8 a month on Audible. I haven't listened to American Gods yet, but I'll have to add that to my (growing) queue. Do you use Audible? If you do, I recommend Ace of Shades. It's one of the free selections on the Audible Plus plan. It's a YA book but still quite enjoyable.

    @TwistedSassette I love the idea of no zero days. Small changes add up over time! Plus doing something can help alleviate guilty feelings if you feel like you haven't accomplished much in a day.

    @emj90210 I'm sorry you are in pain! I hope you find some relief soon!

    @TeresaW1020 – What a gorgeous chair!

    @AustinRuadhain – Thank you. So far, so good. We bought a few groceries last night and all our choices were good. Nothing tempting. Aww…your dad sounds sweet, just like his honey :smile: Can you possibly re-gift it to someone you know that would enjoy it?

    @Katmary71 – How funny that you messaged the wrong person, but they seemed to enjoy the conversation! I used to have a fantastic therapist (don’t have her anymore because she moved away for her husband’s job) and she worked with me extensively to help me lay down my red lines with people and to use my voice to not let them cross it. I’m trying to do that with my daughter. It’s just hard because of her Bipolar. I don’t want to set her off, yet I can’t walk on eggshells around her, either. I’m still working on it… Anyway, I hope you and your dad are enjoying your day together today and I’m glad you got some meds and won a fight. Do you have any family member or friend that can advocate for you? Someone that will go to bat for you so you can take a breather?

    @trooworld – Nice job burning those extra cals on the spin bike! So I know you’re struggling with water. Do you like fruit flavored tea? I use a 32oz Nalgene bottle and fill it with water and add 2 tea bags of the Celestial Seasonings fruit Zinger teas. Usually 1 lemon and 1 of raspberry. I love a lemon and a blueberry, too (but the blueberry isn’t in their Zinger lineup…still yummy, tho). I put it in the fridge and it’s ready in about an hour. Tastes delicious and the hibiscus in it is so good for you, too. I usually meet my 100oz goal each day by having 1 bottle of that plus 2 of my 25oz bottles of plain water plus 28oz of hot tea. Just an idea…
    7lrk3o139x9m.jpg

    @TwistedSassette – I am always FAMISHED after swimming! Thank you for sharing about the non-zero days article. That really spoke to me and I will take it to heart. To quote Uncle Rico in Napoleon Dynamite, “Might as well do something while you’re doing nothing!” Man, that’s a fun movie. I haven’t watched it in years. Gotta go find it and dust it off and give it another go! Hahaha!

    @GretchenReine – I am so glad to see you back on here! I had a horrible slump and gained back the 5 I had lost. We just have to climb out of the ditch and carry on. Hugs!

    @emj90210 – Nice loss! I know what you mean by wanting a little bit more, but that is still fantastic! I hope your teeth settle in quickly…or you’re able to get some type of relief soon. I totally understand the self-sabotage.

    I finally had an MRI on my right shoulder today. I had surgery on my left one about 7 years ago for arthritis and it’s been great. Unfortunately, my doctor suspects a rotator cuff tear in my right one. I’ll get the results when I see him next Monday. In the meantime, things are going good with my daughter. Prayers that it continues. She was ecstatic that I made her mashed taters while she was out running errands this morning. I made some gravy and added a fresh ear of corn and some spinach. I put a little too much butter on my corn (after this photo was taken), but I figure I’ll stick to the better food choices if I don’t restrict everything.
    1cjoloqbidp1.jpg

    I’m about to take a quick walk to the bank so I don’t have a Zero Day :wink: :wink: and then it’s Bible Study tonight. Picking my mom up for that, so it’s a bit of a drive…she lives 20 minutes north of me and my church is 25 minutes south, so it ends up being about a 45 minute drive one way. It’s good for her to get out, though. Oh boy. Rambling now. I’ve gotta get off here and get to walking! Later gators!

    Oh my, so now we are 4 . Here’s what I did not say: my left shoulder hurt for more than 2 months now, on and off. It improved some but I still can’t reach my arm backward, and I wake up with sharp pain some nights. I couldn’t get myself to go to the doctor, because it will most likely mean more than one visit for a steroid injection. Who knew I move it so much? Closing doors, pulling pants up, washing my hair... all bad.
    After reading your posts I think I should look into it. At almost 50, I don’t regenerate anymore .

    @buniphuphu -Help should come with no conditions attached.
    Just a thought, you built so much muscle this summer, that your body composition might be very different than the graphs they are working from. Because of your big accomplishments you maybe better prepared for the coming hurdle. Good luck to you!

    @GabiV125 - Yes, please get your shoulder checked! I'm 46. I was 37 when I had surgery to scrape the arthritis off my left shoulder ball & joint. If I had listened to every person that told me I was too young (insinuating that I was lying), I would still be in pain. That surgery was terrible to go through, but I have reaped the benefits of awesome range of motion now. I am not looking forward to what I may have to endure to fix my right one now, but it will be totally worth it.

    @emj90210 That's a great loss! Sometimes it takes a while for our efforts to show on the scale, and sometimes when we've been working out extra hard, our bodies hold on to more water! In any case, the exercise you're doing for your heart health has more benefits than just losing weight :smile:

    @trooworld Sounds like you had a fantastic day! Isn't it great when it all comes together?

    @TeresaW1020 I'm curious, how does one train oneself to sleep on their back?!

    @buniphuphu That's a really strange rule about the anaesthesia. I know there can be additional risks with heavier people, but when I've been under general anaesthesia (several times at over 300 lbs), the anaesthetist just got me to tip my head back so they can make sure that there is access for intubation. I really hate arbitrary rules for stuff like that - it's not like once you weigh 299.9 lbs that your body is immensely different from what it was a week ago at 303 lbs, yet that's how they treat it! I hope that they change their mind, or that you're not in too much pain so the surgery can wait until you've lost enough weight.

    @vegan4lyfe2012 I hope you enjoyed your quick walk, and congrats on a non-zero day :wink:
    I hope your shoulder heals up quickly.

    Quick update from me. Took my little to the pool again yesterday - this time we braved the big (Olympic-sized) pool as the little kids pool was PACKED with muggles attending a birthday party! The big pool isn't heated so we all got a bit chilled getting in, but you get used to it pretty quickly. Even my toddler took it in his stride (which he does with most things, I've been told he's a unicorn baby!). It was better for my sister and me, since it's deeper we could tread water more and get a bit more active.
    After my little one went to bed, I jumped on my stationary bike and did a quick 5 miles, just because I don't feel like the pool is really a workout. My heart rate doesn't really go above 115 and I don't feel like I'm working out lol.

    Today (Thursday), I am planning a very similar day to yesterday. I have tomorrow off work so we can go do some shopping in the nearest city (300km/180+ miles each way) for the day. So apart from wandering around the shops, there won't be any exercise tomorrow, and eating will be limited to less healthy choices!

    100 DAY CHALLENGE GOALS

    I hope you get any help you need for your shoulder
    All this conversation, in addition to my husband's shoulder injury, has me reading up on shoulders. They are persnickety things. This Bob & Brad video on shoulders was interesting.

    I started watching Bob & Brad ("the most famous physical therapists on the internet") videos and got reminded of some shoulder exercises I was doing and have not been. So hurray for that reminder.

    @vegan4lyfe2012
    No worries about waste here! The honey will be eaten and loved! I have a teenage son. I just need to make sure he does not eat *all* of it, so that I do get a taste! As context -- I made my husband a birthday apple pie, and I think when the last bite is gone, the boy will have eaten 2/3 of it!
    Your lunch looks gorgeous!
    I have never seen Napoleon Dynamite. I need to put it on my list.
    Oh, and I love your choice of teas. My tea of the day happens to be Watermelon Zinger!

    @vegan4lyfe2012
    @buniphuphu
    So, as I continue with American Gods, I am being little less charmed by it. I like the premise but it is moving slowly for me here in the middle of the audiobook. Maybe it will pick up again, but perhaps check it out beforehand.

    @buniphuphu
    You have done so great at losing weight so steadily! 4 pounds a week is not something most of us can manage. So maybe do what you can, but be kind to yourself if you don't hit that mark. It would, for me, be crazy high, but as always, your mileage may vary!
    Oh, and I, too, like your plates! They are even prettier than your meal, which looked pretty awesome!

    @emj90210
    I so sympathize on the comfort eating. I hoe your mouth gets better soon.
    On the plus side - wow to your weigh-in! Overall, you are making progress towards your goals!

    @GabiV125
    Great weigh-in! And congratulations on yet another great day in your 100 day challenge!

    @TeresaW1020
    Wow to your taking on retraining yourself to sleep on your back.

    ^^ You and @TwistedSassette are so right about this!

    @trooworld
    Woohoo! What a great day you had!

    @jazzagirl30
    Boom! What a great weigh-in! You keep killing it, and inspiring us all!

    @Katmary71
    Yes, you would not make a good criminal. I think you are more a Cape Crusader or a Knight. Or a rebellious rocker chick.
    (Hmm. Am I going to dress up for Halloween? I seem to have personas on the brain.)
    Anyway, I hope things improve. If knowing that we are here and cheering makes any diff, please know that.

    @Jactop
    Woohoo! Look at you staying solid in Onederland!

    Sorry I'm not catching up with everyone, I'm pretty worn down and having trouble having the laptop on my lap. The hospital is putting me on blood pressure medication because of how high my blood pressure is when I go in, it was really bad today (210/120). In two days I've filled 6 medications and had two injections yet none of them treat the root cause. I went to a Zoom conference on a medication that's newer and helping a lot of people with severe nerve conditions, I'd just have to find a doctor to prescribe it and I can't get through insurance so I'm going to see if I can find a doctor who takes cash pay patients just so I can at least get somewhere, so far the better reviewed places aren't accepting new cash pay or my insurance. I'm so tired of automated machines, I spend hours a day on them, they drive me crazy!

    @TeresaW1020 Thanks, I do feel pretty, pretty good lol! Have a wonderful day and enjoy church!

    @buniphuphu That's tough. I don't know how doctors can put such unreasonable expectations on us. It makes me so mad! Did you ask them how they think you can do that?

    @vegan4lyfe2012 Thanks! I do like fruit flavored tea. Thanks for the idea, I think this weekend when I go to the stores, I'll pick up some of the Zingers and try it next week! :D I usually put Mio flavoring in my water but this sounds better. Your dinner looks delicious! I think you are right about not restricting everything. I hope you don't have to have surgery on your shoulder.

    @TwistedSassette I LOVED the articles on the non ZERO days! Right up my alley!!! Thanks for sharing. Yes, I did have a fantastic day and indeed, it is great when it all comes together (and rare! lol). Great job getting in those 5 miles, woo hoo! I'd bet you got in some exercise at the pool, too.

    @AustinRuadhain Looks like Tuesday was a great day for you, too! Woo hoo!

    Hello all. I had an almost-as-good-as-Tuesday day yesterday! If I had slept as well as Tuesday, it would have been just as good. I can't control how well I sleep, though, only what time I get to bed and I always go to bed at the same time. :( It is up in the air as to whether I am going to be able to get on the spin bike today: I have to go onsite to work and will be on my feet most of the time. Usually, I sneak in the bike workout during a break in the morning while I am working.

    Wednesday:
    Calories: over/under: over
    Water: over/under: over
    Exercise: walk and spin bike
    - track 90% of food intake - 100% accomplished
    - get at least 7 hours of sleep every night - not accomplished
    - drink 2 (26 oz) bottles of water a day - 100% accomplished
    - meditate for at least 15 minutes a day - 100% accomplished
    - get up from my desk every hour and stretch - 100% accomplished
    - put my utensil down between bites (CARRYOVER GOAL) - 100% accomplished
    - ask myself if I'm really hungry before eating anything (CARRYOVER GOAL) - 100% accomplished
    - leave at least 3 bites of food on my plate at each meal (CARRYOVER GOAL) - 100% accomplished
    _____________________________________________
    Goals or Improvements for tomorrow:
    - RIDE THE SPIN BIKE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!
    - track 90% of food intake
    - get at least 7 hours of sleep every night

    - meditate for at least 15 minutes a day
    - get up from my desk every hour and stretch

    @GretchenReine you to have back. We all have our ups and downs. As long as we get back up and going that is what counts. Looking forward to getting to know you.

    @TwistedSassette thank you. Hoping October remains good. Love, love the "non-zero" days. What an awesome way to look at it.

    @emj90210 great loss!! For me, I do the same thing - I think I should be losing more than I am with what I'm doing (or think back to how that worked when I was younger :smile: ). I have tried to readjust my expectations and celebrate each and every win. Self sabotage is tough, it is hard. Remind yourself how well you and doing and where you are going. You are doing awesome!!! Hope you get relief soon from the tooth pain!!

    @Katmary71 I sure hope you can get the appt scheduled. I'm not sure you can use your cellphone in jail (all though all the other benefits sound pretty good) and we would miss you here :smiley::wink: You are in my thoughts and prayers.

    @jazzagirl30 awesome loss for September!!!

    @trooworld thanks so much!!! You are rocking your goals!! That is wonderful! Have an awesome day!!!

    @TeresaW1020 I hope the sleeping on your back works. I can not do it. When I had to get a CPAP machine I thought I might have to. So thankful I was able to continue side sleeping. Boy Wednesdays are long days, but I love being with kids and teenagers at church. Worth how tired I feel at the end of the evening.

    @GabiV125 congrats on the loss!!! Sure hoping you can get relief for your shoulder pain!!

    @buniphuphu oh goodness I hate to hear that. Please proceed cautiously. You are doing so good with exercise and weight loss. Day by day do the things you know you need to do and let it work the way it works. I am praying for you my friend.

    @vegan4lyfe2012 glad you had your MRI and will get answers soon. So glad things are good with your daughter, I would be ecstatic if you made me "mashed taters" too. :smile: :smile: That looks wonderfully good!!! Hope you enjoyed Bible study, it can be so refreshing. Prayers for your shoulder and daughter!!

    @AustinRuadhain great job staying green!!!! You are rocking the goals!!!

    Good morning everyone. Hope today is a great day for you!!! I'm enjoying some coffee and computer time this morning before I have to get going. Because I work on Sundays (yes it is at church, which I love - but still work) Thursdays are basically my Friday. Excited for the weekend. My sons are coming to visit and we are celebrating the hubby/dad's birthday. That almost sounds like I'm married to my dad - yikes!!! Meant my hubby, the sons dad. lol
    Yes my sense of humor may be a bit warped. Gonna meet a friend today to walk one of the trails. Looking forward to being outside during this really pretty time of year.

    Well, I better get a move on. Time in the recliner must end, work day must begin. Hope everyone has an awesome day!!!

    OK...I have a plan. I really don't think the ortho has any kind of clue, but if I increase my exercise by a reasonable amount...say 15-30 minutes a day...cut my calories by a bit, and introduce some intermittent fasting...maybe 16:8...perhaps I can average 2.5 pounds a week for the next 6 weeks. That would put me within 8 of where he says I need to be for the shoulder surgery.

    @GabiV125 I will second @vegan4lyfe2012 's advice to get your shoulder checked out. I did a steroid shot, PT, and now I'm gearing up for surgery. My shoulder disrupts my sleep a lot. My shoulder got so bad I couldn't lift a dinner plate. The PT and injection helped that, but I still have pain when I sleep.

    @TwistedSassette I agree the rules are arbitrary, but I'm sure it has to do with malpractice insurance. It sounds like you got a great workout yesterday. Don't discount the value of the pool as exercise. It is both aerobic and resistance, and it provides a full body workout. That said, I'm impressed you had the energy to hop on the stationary bike after chasing a toddler at the pool! You deserve a gold star!

    @Katmary71 Insurance companies are a nightmare to deal with. I hope you are able to get the new medication.

    @bethanie0825 Good job holding steady this week!

    @trooworld Glad you had a good day yesterday. Did you get the spin bike in this morning?

    @adhmrh It sounds like you have a great day planned! Enjoy your hike on the trails and the visit with your sons this weekend!

    Reading some more James Clear today, and found this inspiring:
    Momentum is a double-edged sword. It can propel you to new heights or keep you locked into previous choices and old habits.

    Where do I have healthy momentum right now? Where do I have unhealthy momentum?

    I am doing better at food but it's taking a fair amount of intentionality to keep them going in the right direction.

    Sleep is definitely an area I am working to turn things around. I got 8 hours of sleep last night for the first time in weeks, and it was because I put it on the Habit Tracker and have been paying attention.

    What about you guys?

    I love your plan and so agree with your assessment of your ortho's suggested weight loss goal (but, hey, you hired him for ortho advice & skills; no reason to expect them to be good at everything health/medical). Hurray for having a plan you are happy with and that feels reasonable for you. 🎉

    @GretchenReine That is good and please don’t beat yourself up. You are here and ready to begin again. That is what matters most!! <3

    @AustinRuadhain That is a good quote from James Clear! For me, I am doing really well with my exercise, but I need to work on my food. Especially in the area of sticking to my plan and to stop tweaking it all the time. :grin:

    Hi everyone! Sorry for not doing individual responses but I did read everything you wrote and I love how this group is so supportive with each other and takes time to reply to each other's words. <3 Today has been very busy. I went to work and we had lots of discussions that is going on. Next week is our yearly all-day-staff meeting and with COVID it's going to be extra challenging to try to figure out what we can and cannot do and when can we do it. After work, my hubby and I went and got our flu shots and ran some errands. I’m leaving in a few minutes to go help a friend out. Today was my rest day from working out and I NEED it! I'm still having so much pain in my back and I think from what I've read on Dr. Google I think I have issues with my Piriformis muscle. I’m thinking about looking into CBD oil for pain relief. I have a friend who has really benefited from it. Have any of you used CBD for pain and what can you tell me? There is soooo much info on the Net. OK, I got to go. Have a great night! :)

    @vegan4lyfe2012 The zinger teas are good, I just tried the Sangria one because it has hibiscus in it which helps high blood pressure, it's pretty tasty. Celestial Seasonings has one called Tension Tamer, if you like mint check it out. I went to college in a beach town so it was damp a lot of the time, I'd take a huge mug if it to class every day and share with my friend.

    @GretchenReine Welcome back!

    @TeresaW1020 I'm sorry to hear you're not doing well. I've used oral CBD and it didn't do anything, I even tried drinking half the bottle and that was before what I'm going through now. I just started using a hemp cream, it helps a little for about an hour or two then I need to use more. I'm in various pain groups and people do have success with it, I just don't seem to be one of them.

    @Cornanda Thank you, I appreciate your support.

    @AustinRuadhain Thanks for the James Clear inspiration! Something to think about for sure.

    @adhmrh Thank you, I appreciate it!

    Calories- slightly over, my Fitbit didn't log my workout though it was a short one

    Feel pretty bad today. Bright spots was an awesome rep from the insurance calling offices with me today, we spent two hours together mostly on hold, it's kind of satisfying to hear someone else ask if the hang ups and transfers are for real. She couldn't come to dinner, she's not in the state, but she told me how happy she was that she had the chance to talk to me and how I'd changed her life by inspiring her to be stronger about her health issues. She poured it on pretty thick with the office too, I couldn't stop laughing when the guy answered the phone after over an hour an hour and she said how happy she was to talk to him and how he was just the person to finally change my life. I also found someone who lives a couple minutes away that was GIVING AWAY HARDBACKS! Total score, they wanted me to take as many as possible because they're moving, I have 50 new books! Yeah, decluttering is going GREAT! Bad side is I'm really nauseous and despite the hospital yesterday I'm doing a lot worse, the last two weeks I've worsened a lot and I still don't have a neurology appointment. I'm going to take a sleeping pill and hope to get some rest, if I'm lucky the steroids will start to help by morning then back to the phone.

    I messed up! 🙁 I posted my status on Sunday but forgot I asked to move to Thursday. I don’t know how to delete my post from Oct 11. Also when posting my previous weight is that from when I started or since I started with this group?

    Judi, you have been moved to Thursdays so you are fine in that regard. Your previous weight is what you were the week before. We also encourage you to tell us your loss to date and that is where your heaviest weight factors in. We use this number for when you hit a big milestone so we can celebrate with you!

    If you could use the below format it will make it easier for @broncobuddee to see and record your weight. :)

    @adhmrh Thank you! I'm really trying, I hope it pays off. You have an awesome day, too! I hope your hubby's birthday celebration goes well. I have a warped sense of humor, too. Sometimes people don't get my sense of humor and it ends up getting awkward lol. Getting outside on the trails with a friend sounds wonderful. Enjoy the sites, smells, sounds!

    @buniphuphu Good luck! I hope it works. re: yesterday morning...I didn't get on the bike in the morning BUT I did get on at 5:00 p.m. which was surprising because it was so hot and I was tired and really just wanted to veg on the couch lol. But I did it! :D

    @AustinRuadhain You are rockin' those green days, WTG my friend! :D And yay for your husband! I did find a way to fit in cycling: I forced myself to do it at 5:00 p.m. even though it was hot and I was tired and I just wanted to sit on the couch. ;) Interesting James Clear quote! I'm glad your sleep is better. Mine has been slightly better, I think thanks to the cycling. Last night, it wasn't better.

    @Cornanda Me too! How is your week going? Congrats on the awesome loss!!!

    @Katmary71 Hugs to you, I'm sorry you are feeling bad today. You truly are inspiring, you keep up with the healthy eating and exercise despite feeling so bad. 50 new FREE books??? Amazing!

    Hi all. I really thought yesterday would end up being a rest day. I had to work onsite until noon and then I came home and ate a pasta dish that put me to sleep. I woke up and it was hot as heck (90s). I got caught up in a YouTube video on sewing lol. It really looked like I was going to be a couch potato for the rest of the day. But then I went and got my husband from work and he said he'd make dinner. I looked at my fitness tracker and it said I was too sedentary. I was pretty close to hitting my fitness goal for the week. I decided to get on the spin bike. I put my headphones on and cranked up the jams and rode. By the time I got done, I was dripping with sweat (and I am not one to sweat at ALL!). I am now 14 points away from hitting my weekly activity goal and I have until the end of Sunday to hit it! I did well eating, too.

    @GretchenReine At least you are starting again! I have fallen so many times in my life but back in 2018 when I weighed my highest I vowed that no matter how many times I fall, I will keep on getting back up and I really feel that is the most important thing. Keep doing your plan. Tweak as needed. Be kind to yourself and you will get to where you want to be.

    @trooworld You will for sure go over your activity goal! When are you all supposed to get in a break in the heat? I won’t even tell you about our weather here. 😉

    @Cornanda Yeah, you are making happen!! I am so happy for you! 😊

    @davidji82 Great weight loss!! Keep up the good work!

    @Katmary71 That is great that you got an actual person to talk to about your insurance issues. Wow, 50 new books is awesome and should keep you entertained for a while. I hope you are feeling better today. <3

    Hi team! Today was a good day. I slept better last night with my back no killing me and I didn't sleep on my sore shoulder. I still don't like sleeping on my back but if it helps I'm determined to do it. Tonight I'm going to drink a little wine and watch the final two episodes of New Girl. Hubby and I are so sad it's over. It has been our favorite comedy that we have ever watched together. Now, I have to go find a replacement. Any recommendations? :smile:

    100-Day Challenge Goals: Day 24
    1. Fast clean for 19+ hours, with 2 days at 23+ hours. Fasted 20 hours
    2. Workout six days a week (either BOD program, treadmill, or deep cleaning). 40 minutes on the treadmill
    3. Eat at least 90% on plan, which means mostly low carb with one or two days of high-carbs. I ate on plan but there will be a little wine this evening.
    4. Have quiet time with God through prayer and reading. I worked for a long time today on prepping my children’s church lesson so I’m counting it! :grin:
