    Sorry team- I stayed in my calories all week, tracked everything, worked out like crazy but the results didn't hit the scale. trying not to get discouraged. I upped my water intake as well.

    Today was a wonderful day. I did go over my calories but I also didn’t track my exercise calories. I’m ok with that.

    Today was okay. I was a bit stressed due to work deadlines and my dog having an ear infection but all worked out and I didn’t succumb to bingeing.

    The November challenge starts on Sunday Nov 1, so that will be your week 1 weigh in, the weight you just provided will be the starting weight for November :)
