Good evening OMADers
Happy to see my little scale move down a little this morning Am now 127lbs Not the whoosh that I wanted but at least its down a little
Weather was beautiful this morning and afternoon Its a cooling 12°C (53.6°F) right now and am enjoying a cuppa tea with no sugar:) Just finished my exercises for today and am happy with that too
OMAD at 12pm and had Singapore Fried Noodles, Belmont Ginger Stem Cookies and I couldn't helped myself but ate the New York Levain Chocolate Chip Cookies which I made for my kids. These cookies are just delicious and I got the recipe from my gf from NY. Now that my kids have tasted these babies, no other cookie comes to par with this As for exercises, I managed to zumba for 45 mins and then I did my Tabata Upper Body Workout and the Tabata Lower Body Workout. As for my desk cycle, I managed to cycle for 60 mins today
Hope that I can see more weight loss this week... fingers cross!!!

Good evening OMADers
It has been a while since I posted...life has been pretty down due to covid-19. Some of our suppliers couldn't give us our items as they can't get them from other States. So, we can only sell what we can get from our suppliers I really wish the borders will open soon so that life can get back to normal. And my thyroid and my vertigo got worse as I am worrying so much. I know I shouldn't worry but we have to pay rent, school fees and the monthly expenses do not stop just because of covid-19.
As for my weight, I am hovering at 58kg and I am having such a hard time trying to shed these 8kg. No matter what I do, nothing works and it sucks. So, my aim is to get rid of this 8kg before Christmas and that would be my Christmas present
Hope everyone is doing much better than me0 -
Hugs pretty girl, hope things do start to change soon. In our county cases are up to where they were at the beginning and now schools are starting back....just a mess. Don't stress too much on the weight this stress is keeping pounds on a lot of us, take care of you!!!!1

This has been a wretched year for a lot of people. Our schools are opening up too. I hope things start to look up for you.1

Hi JP. I understand your wish to let go of another 8kg. That sort of loss would be ideal for me because it would get me back to my ideal weight and into the healthy BMI zone of 25. It's been a tough year for you guys in lockdown - we've been luckier here in Qld and I've been able to work from home and get outside for exercise and socialising. Wish you all the best with getting back down to your ideal weight before Christmas.1

I think the stress is causing a lot of people weight issues. I know stress is causing my own problems.
Just keep staying as strong as you can and keep going. Give yourself some slack. Try to destress as much as you can and stay strong!2 -
@volgirl1322 - Thank you 😘 We have some good news as by 8 November Melb Metro will open up and we from the Regional areas can go down and see our love ones😁 So far, no new cases for the past 2 days👍0

Good evening 😘
It has been a while since I wrote..
Some good news... Melb Metro will open up soon, so we from the countryside will be able to see our love ones and also get food supplies which can never be found in our little town.
I have been zumba-ing and still cycling on my desk cycle🚴♀️. I also am not weighing myself as its really depressing me🙄 I am still doing OMAD. For today, I made some sandwich (tuna Mayo and egg Mayo) for lunch. Here's a photo of it😁
Hope everyone is doing well👍🙏😘

Good evening OMADers
I am really happy that I have been able to do my exercises daily and my vertigo is not acting up Still didn't weigh myself as I just don't want to stress myself up.
As I still have some leftovers, I made myself another sandwich today. I really really love sandwiches I can eat sandwiches the whole week I also did my zumba this evening for 30 min and cycle on my desk cycle too
Hope that everyone is doing well1 -
Re: sandwiches...I don’t mind eating the same thing every week. I read somewhere that a simple repetitive diet is better for controlling how much you eat. The worst thing for me is unfettered variety like an open buffet cos I don’t know when I’ve had enough to eat.2

I love sandwiches too and yours looks dang tasty!!
Nothing wrong with eating the same things all the time so long as you're enjoying it
And great job keeping up with your exercising!!
WOO being able to see your loved ones again too. FX everything stays opened up1 -
@LiLee2018 - Thank you ❤️ I am a boring person, so same old same old food will be fine with me😁0
