    Bought a cheap little stationary bike and it came today! This is a game changer! I can knit and play on my phone while exercising! I am so happy!!

    @beshamama An exercise bike sounds so fun! I hope it works well for you! I'd get one too, but if we have ANY extra space in our home at all....in goes an arcade cabinet :/

    Calories: under-I kept it really light today because I started a new medicine
    Started tecfidera for the ms today....so far, so good! I had mild stomach cramping and some slight nausea that went away after about 10 mins of walking. Also, a couple of hot flashes...is it peri menopause or medicine?... :D I definitely sweated a lot on my walk tonight, but then, it is humid here too. I hope I continue to have mild/no symptoms as this builds up in my system. They are going to start me on the regular dose next week.

    Last night's medication changeover sent me to the er with a 19lb weight gain in one day. I was so glad that I took off my rings when I first noticed the swelling. It has been blood work all day today. My heart seems to be working just fine though. They are rechecking my liver and some other stuff, but I just had a full body blood work done before they could even start me on tecfidera. I feel squishy in some areas and tight in others and just generally uncomfortable all around.....but I can still walk and the vertigo that I've had since I was 10yrs old is gone (that is throwing me for a loop right now too!) I was given some furosidmide just to help with the swelling so I'm peeing every 20mins it seems

    🤦‍♀️ I wondered how’d I gain soooo much?! Then I remembered I didn’t stick to my calories so well this past week. Oops 😑

    But now I know the calorie limit plus exercise is really where it’s at. Exercise alone apparently isn’t going to cut it.
