    Today's plan

    Oatmeal with zucchini, first time making oatmeal with zucchini (cooking it in Hot Logic). Adding cinnamon and pinch of salt...teaspoon of maple syrup...and frozen blueberries to top.

    lunch will be sweet potato and cauliflower and broccoli

    dinner...my veggie soup...same as yesterday but adding mushrooms and tofu.

    dark chocolate for dessert

    Not a particularly good day, foodwise. I forgot to eat lunch, then neglected to discuss my desire to minimize animal products and maximize plants with the cook (our 24yo son). Oh well. At least I’m under my calories and tomorrow is another chance to get it right.
