    Posted too fast, sorry. I had a great week followed by 2 hiccup days. Overall I am happy with the result and that posting every day, makes me more aware of everything.

    I really focused on getting additional activity in this week and keeping within my daily calorie goals. Still working on establishing healthy habits.
