Hello everyone,
Wasnt at my best last week but I did manage to lose .6lbs π. Not feeling so great today but I did manage do get in some squats and pushups this morning. So that's a plus.

Posted too fast, sorry. I had a great week followed by 2 hiccup days. Overall I am happy with the result and that posting every day, makes me more aware of everything.

Happy 1οΈβ£ month to me!! π€Έπππ I've lost about 10 lbs (a lot of bloat!) and I can definitely feel & see some changes in my body π I'm not sure exactly how much I weigh today, but I tried! I biked to town and weighed myself on the scales at 3 different farmacies... Results: 188, 192, & 155... Pretty sure one of those scales was wrong πππ either way, I'm feeling so happy that I started MFP again a month ago, and so grateful to you amiga

Just weighed in. At the 2 week mark, I am 4lbs lighter at 171.5lbs. That's exactly what the scale said last week when I knew losing 4lbs/wk was not reality. I believe the number this week is more accurate and puts me on track to reach my goal! I'm happy with it7

Hi all
Iβve just done my weekly weigh in and Iβve lost 3lbs!! I did have a day of not eating though because I was poorly. Iβve got 2lb to lose in 3 more weigh ins as I wanted to be in the next stone bracket down by Christmas but the more I lose before then the less guilty I will feel about eating treats and cheese π§6 -

Well I'm not shocked or surprised after my four day Thanksgiving. I'm a little disappointed in myself for sure but keeping my eye on next weight goal of 170 lb. I will have a minus next Wednesday.6 -

I finally made it under 340! I was so excited this morning, especially after a rough weekend of eating. I think the water weight from starting to go to the gym finally fell off (boy did it take a while). My personal goal for November was to hit 337, so I'm counting it since it's only December 2nd!
My goal for December is to get down to 329. I think I can do it!6 -
