    @ForLangston Please don't be embarrassed that your goal is 'one measly pushup"!
    As a guy, we are all about doing lots of pushups, but...I was not doing them correctly.
    When my exercise physiologist made me actually do them correctly and all the way to the floor, my numbers shrank to one measly pushup. But, I have gotten better over time.

    This morning I bounced on the mini trampoline for 35 mins!! I also did 30 mins walking on the treadmill at 3.5mph (then addl 20 mins at 3.0); and 120 mins tonight giving massages.

    Exercise: 20 minutes active stretching followed by a brisk pre-dawn hike to the high ridge to see the sunrise. 52 minutes. Afternoon, 45 minutes of active horse activity.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walking in Walmart 1.5 hours and cooking supper 30 minutes. All the walking took its toll on my left calf (old injury).

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but only by raiding my exercise calories. @RangerRickL If I have to use a pass today, let me know.

    @RangerRickL I've seen the mindful eating before (1 or 2 years ago) and have used it on occasion. And I've used it recently since I joined this group. I asked myself: Am I hungry or do I need water? Am I bored or is my stomach growling? And I didn't eat several times because my stomach wasn't growling at me.

    Yes, yes, yes, it was a good day. My only problem was logging, MFP was not behaving well today.

    My new consistent habit that has kept me on track is logging and posting here. Food and exercise patterns have varied, but so long as I keep on calorie track I think all will be well.
