Goal this week = maintaining. I won't be surprised if I gain some in the next few days when I start eating more calories. But let's pray it sticks!2

Disclaimer: 😆 I went on vacation and gained 5 lbs. So this is actually only a 2 lbs loss after loosing the 5 lbs I gained (was 122 when I got back) And I have been feeling under the weather. Regardless, I will TAKE IT 💪. Motivation for next week!
Amazing start to the new year!1 -

Daily Post: Wednesday
Track: Yes
Calories: under
Exercise: none
Day: my son didn't sleep at all last night or today so I was a very long day. (Hes 6 and has cerebral palsy so sleep has been a problem on and off since birth). He's in sleeping now though and it's only 7pm here but I'm on my way to bed too!3 -
Officially COVID negative and able to go back to work tomorrow. I'm wondering if my symptoms were gluten related. I typically eat gluten free and I was with my friend for a week, and didn't really keep my diet. 🤷♀️ Anyone have sinus stuff from food allergies?
Anywho. I am really liking meal prepping with scanning food ahead of time into MFP. Im making breakfasts and lunches to pack for tomorrow, and planning dinners. Scanning ingredients makes it incredibly easy to stay within macros or calories. So thankful MFP allows future tracking.
Any meal prep tips? It's been a while!3 -

Daily Post: Wednesday (though, as usual, it's the morning after haha)
Track: Yes
Calories: under
Exercise: none
Day: It was okay. I pretty much didn't eat all day until dinner which is not ideal, but it was satisfying to have a larger dinner than I have been having. Obviously, not a trend I want to continue... just enjoyed it for the day.3 -

Daily Post Thursday
Track: Yes
Calories: Under
Exercise: none
Day: good over all. First day back to work. I didn't check in yesterday because I got cleared and i wanted to get out of the house for a little bit.. We ended up having pizza last night. I have some cauliflower crust pizzas in the freezer so I ate some of that. Went over on carbs. Slightly over on calories. But I also had a huge breakfast after several days of super light eating. So I'm not too upset about it. Doing better today. I am under calories but slightly over carbs. My coworker always brings me clementines so I ate two of those instead of something else I brought, but still put me over on carbs. Not over on calories tho!2 -

Week: 1
Weigh in day: Friday
PW: 245
CW: 2453 -
Date: 1/8/21 Sunday
Tracked: Yes
Under: Yes
Exercise: No. Worked 10 hrs then church.
Water: Not enough
Steps: 9300
Day: Haven't slept well the past 3 nights, I think because I slept so much while I wasn't feeling well. Went out after church with friends to dinner. Made good choices except I really wanted Halibut and their grilled is not as good as their deep fried. So I did eat that. But I didn't go over in calories and only 4 over on carbs. I could have done far worse. Ate salad with olive oil and juice of half a lemon squeezedover instead of packets of whatever dressing they had, skipped the dinner roll and gave my hubby the baked potato. I will take it. Happy weekend.3
