Yeah we've always homeschooled as well. My oldest graduated in May so thank goodness I only have 3 to wrangle right now. I have to stay on my Junior's case b/c he gets distracted and draws things out, so I have to micromanage him a bit more than I would like, but he's improving.1 -

Another good day. Closed the watch rings and stayed busy. I’m dragging a bit getting back into my work routine and likely from cutting carbs. I ate a fairly light lunch and considered eating more but waited a bit and forgot about food. Nice change of pace!2 -

This morning I bounced on the mini trampoline for 35 mins. This afternoon I walked 30 mins at 3.5mph, then an additional 20 mins at 3.0mph. Tonight I did 120 mins of giving massages.2 -
6 Jan:
I hit the wall with a thud this afternoon, so this one isn't flash (bad night's sleep mostly to blame, I think/hope)- Log, min 500 deficit, aim for 750 - yes, a little over 500
- Net carbs under 50, protein over 100 - yes (34) and yes (118).
- 5000 steps a day min (this is bumping from 3000, there may be bad days where I don't make it, but that's a given) - no, only just over 3000
- Min 30 min walk unless I'm too unwell - definite no
- 30 Days of Yoga - Not even the energy for a gentle practice
- Start riding my bike again - nope.
- Soft weight loss goal of 2kg - I'll be doing diet break starting late in the month, so will have some gain from refilling glycogen stores
- Diet break!!! Two weeks of summer fruit. - start Jan 24
Tomorrow is another day...
Oh! I have now lost 10% of my starting weight, and am a third of the way to goal Slim by Spring, I shall be.

This morning I did 25 mins of Yoga. This afternoon I did 30 mins on the mini trampoline while watching the news. Tonight, right before dinner, I did 40 mins walking on the treadmill at 3.5 mph and an addl 10 mins walking at 3.0. I'm SOOOOO stinkin excited that I'm up to a full 40 mins at 3.5 !!!!! Lol.2 -

Sorry I haven't been posting ... I have been a busy bee as of late ... Starting Physical Therapy for my hip yesterday .. Will be going 2x a week for 4 weeks then re-evaluate .... food is okay need to work out my net carbs (darn pistachios) lol.....Been taking shorter walks due to my hips hurting ...really want to get back to my longer walks I miss them2

I copy/paste them from others whenever I find them. I have several of the ones that I use alot saved on a "notepad".

Woohoo I am back on the weight loss train ... gained 6 lbs in December ...and loss 2 lbs this morning ... making it a 40lb loss .... Happy to be back on Keto ... I received my keto Krate boxes yesterday ...I am excited to try their snacks ...I will be having walnut brownies later today3

Calories and carbs 👍🏻 Good day for being under on both categories. Had a great move day as well which is surprising because I slept awful and didn’t exercise until later in the day.
Protein over 100g👍🏻 I probably could have had more protein to feel more full rather than supplementing with nuts after dinner.
It’s been a good week but the challenge will be the weekend. I’ll not be surprised if I step on the scale early next week and my body says nope, not letting it go...3 -
I'm still here. Flaring so just doing the best I can. Food is all good, exercise and even hitting 5000 steps very hit and miss. Went to Saturday market along the road this morning, normally a 10 min walk. Whole excursion took me an hour because I was moving so slow
I'm feet up, and trying to think of the easiest low cal things to feed myself today (unfortunately ate the last piece of mushroom and spinach pie/quiche thing a couple of nights ago ).3 -

I realized at lunch today (at work) that I was behind on my steps, so I decided to go outside and RUN at lunch! Now I'm not talking power-walking.... I'm talking jogging at 4.2 mph --- for 20 minutes!! WITHOUT STOPPING TO GASP FOR AIR! Yesssss!
Now granted, the last 5 minutes I truly thought I was gonna D-I-E !! But I just kept telling myself "you can do this" and "it's only 4 more minutes" and "just make it to that next corner and THEN you can stop" and then "you'll be so disappointed if you stop now"... Lol. But I DID IT!! My legs felt like jello after that....8
