My precious weight has been very unstable as sometimes I ate a lot and sometimes I just did nothing.
The cold weather has been stopping me from exercise! Hope I can keep a balanced diet and exercise!!

Daily Post for Saturday & Friday- Was over both days... really wanted to just order a mess of food for dinner both days, but used restraint and ate what I had planned. But, I did go over both days.... admittedly, better than if I had given in.
I weigh in tomorrow. Fingers crossed.3 -

Now that the holidays are over were getting back into the swing of things, as such we had a great week in January!! Day: A little better. I was at home and up cleaning the house getting ready for the week. I didn't exercise at all this week but I was hit hard with some thing last week so I am still in recovery mode. Still feel drained. I did manage to get over 5k steps today. Goal is 10k a day. But with the fatigue I need to work up to that.
Ate sweet potatoes for breakfast which blew thru my carbs but hubby didn't know and he made them just for me. I enjoyed them. Stopped at the natural food store to get something and got my favorite chocolate bar, which is low carb and clean, but still carbs.
Didn't go over calories, so I'm still chugging on. Hope you are all doing well! Hope your week is blessed beyond measure 😄4 -

Forgot to track one day (Monday I think) but I ate left overs basically so I already pretty much knew what to eat and that I would be under. Yesterday I was a little over. My husband wanted pizza so I ate the other cauliflower crust pizza I had in my freezer. I won't be buying those again. Lol. They are good and fairly clean,, but high in carbs. Haven't been feeling well and have been kind of busy so I forgot to do my daily posts the past 2 days. Will get back on track with that today hopefully. Running late for work and didn't meal prep. It has been a week already!2 -

My work and tracking has paid off, had 1 day of not eating so well, but still was only 200 calories over my goal, so probably still below my TDEE. Now to continue like this.
I can't seem to comprehend that i was not so consistent those last 2 months of 2020, because clearly when i do track my calories i tend to stay under and thus loose weight6 -
