Today was a good day. I was right at my calories and I did not snack on any junk. Water is still an issue but I'm working on it, that's half the battle.6

Still slightly over today, but we ran out of food at the house so its a real win I didn't go over more.
Work is very stressful right now, need to figure out time for exercise and I'll officially have "reset" my habits again.5 -
I ate so badly yesterday. Shark week is here and I was so stressed out. This morning I'm feeling great and ready to start out on a good note. I will drink the water today and I will stay within my calories. I will also go to the gym this afternoon and rock it! Happy Tuesday!6

My weight is creeping up because I am again using it for comfort. Work is stressful life is crazy stressful and unknown and kids not in college laying around is stressful to me.
But starting today instead of consuming negative social media when I wake I am going to fill my mind with meditation and my positive shirking assets that Inspire me. Thank you all for being there every. Single. Time. I fall.9 -

New snack hack...
I love chocolate. Like my relationship with chocolate is very committed. I have a hard time not having at least a little chocolate each day, usually at night.
Last week, I decided to get some FF Vanilla Greek yogurt and mix chocolate PB2 in it. I’m starting with 85g of yogurt and adding 3g pb2. It is so delicious and 82 calories. It has kind of a Reece’s cup flavor. You can add more PB2 if you want a deeper flavor, but I found 7g was almost overwhelming.
I’m going to try this am with protein powder and instant coffee 🤪8 -

I am having a rough week with work stress and anxiety. I even bought a couple vending machine items (chocolate!), but I’ve been able to balance that out with my after work food. It also reminded me how much one candy bar takes away from your remaining calories of the day. Totally worth it but hopefully out of my system.

Two things:
1. Today I realized that XL t shirts are no longer comfortable. Even as pajamas
2. I just went into the kitchen and verbally said “I will not open you today” to the chocolate chips and the cookie tin.9 -
