I started a low carb plan via MFP this week. Here’s to hoping it helps!! My vices are definitely carbs, specifically pasta: it’s a go-to because it’s easy and filling.
I’m not going to completely upend my life, but I think a few changes here and there could help.

Guys. We were down two nurses yesterday. One on Monday. And the weekend was not kind to me as I previously stated. Plus school started again. These are not excuses, just challenges. I have not been tracking, lost my streak, and although I have been making good choices, not tracking means I am still probably over eating and I am sure I will not have a loss. Next week I will do better. I usually use my few mins of spare time at work during the lulls to check in. Haven't had much.
@AmyG1982 I forgot to weigh in this morning. Prefer a morning weight so i will update in the morning2 -
