@Jen_967 I agree it is quiet on here !
I am loving my Garmin vivosmart fitness tracker. It makes me get off my backside every hour to move around !! My steps are recorded & I find it easy to use.It has definitely motivated me to move more, just need it to transfer to the scales!
The only downside is that wearing it 24/7 it has given me dermatitis on my wrist.Any ideas how I can prevent this apart from not wearing it ??

Have you had an issue with a wearable or a watch causing dermatitis before? I wonder if it is just the material used in this product. I would try to wear it a bit looser if possible where it will still be able to read your wrist for lack of a better term but will not be in such close contact.

Last week I only lost 2 pounds not 2.5. which means that the third place winner is now second!!! Also I probably am not third either but I will take the week before.

@izzyred9400 my son had a similar problem with his Garmin Kid’s tracker. He switches from one hand to the other regularly (just have to make sure you change the settings on the app when you do that) and he doesn’t wear it to bed. Sometimes it flares up and sometimes it’s good.

@jenready & @shnerb00 thank you for your advice re my Garmin wristband.Yes maybe a good idea to change wrists & thanks for reminder to change the settings.I have suffered many years ago from nickel dermatitis so maybe the buckle is made from nickel.I have been moving it up & down my wrist so now have a few red lines !! Eventhough it's interesting to look at sleep patterns I usually sleep well so dont need to wear it every night.Plus my hubby says it glows red in the night !

@echojuliet21 I’m new to this challenge too and it took me a while, but I found the spreadsheet! There’s probably a better way, but here’s how I got to it:
Scroll up to the top of this board. Look for a clickable link called FAT TO FIT WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE. Click on it and it takes you back to the main board. There, in Red letters is the link to the January board.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks shnerb
