    4) Rest Day ✅ Again another day with no need for knee supports which felt good.
    5) Water - 30oz 💧💦 Not good. Got way too involved in radio clip editing and just forgot to drink. All day editing today so going to try and sip after each clip (see what I did there!)

    Calories and proteins good for the day but carbs were slightly higher than normal due to higher vegetable consumption. I won’t complain about that.

    Close watch rings ✅ my energy is flagging in the afternoons so I wonder if I should have a small snack to help versus copious amounts of caffeine.

    4) Cardio Boxing ❌ Money and job worries meant terrible night's sleep - awake at 4am and dozed until about 7am... woke up properly around 9am and had to give it a miss to work
    5) Water - 27oz 💧Not good. Family issue to deal with meant my afternoon was full of calls and just kept forgetting.

    ✅ 1. Min. of 15k steps weekdays and 25k on weekends/days off.
    ❌ 2. <40g carbs today? Only over by 3g. today.
    ✅ 3. Gluten Free today?
    ✅ 4. 60+ mins exercise: For Friday's exercise, I walked 30 mins on the treadmill at 3.8 mph :smiley: and another 30 mins at 3.0. I also did 10 mins on the rebounder, and 30 mins giving a massage.
    ❌ 5. Minimum of 500 leftover exercise calories. I had 370 calories leftover today.
    ❌ 6. Eat 3 servings of vegetables.. 2 servings. :neutral:

    Calories and closing watch rings ✅
    Carbs and protein just okay for the day. Protein was under 100g and carbs were up because of a big salad and some popcorn.

    Excited to weigh in but I’ve been having sugar cravings I’ve avoided so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way over the weekend.

    ❌ 1. Min. of 25k steps on weekends/days off. No. It didn't get out of the 20's today and with the wind it was just too cold for me to walk. It's definitely harder to get 25k in steps if I don't go for one of my long walks outdoors!
    ❌ 2. <40g carbs today? Only over by 15g. today.
    ✅ 3. Gluten Free today?

    For next week, I'm going to take eating GF off of my daily list as I'm pretty consistent at getting this goal every day. I want to work harder on getting 3 servings of veggies every day and to work harder at ending each day with an excess of leftover (exercise) calories of 500 everyday.

    Protein was a little under goal. It has been the last couple of days as I’ve wanted salads but they just irritate my system. I’ll try to go heavy protein tomorrow to see if that helps.

    A cold front swept through and has kept me from enjoying outdoor walks and on the treadmill instead. Looking forward to any kind of warm up to move back outside if only for a day or two a week.

    A lot of gadding about - had to drop my old laptop off for it to be cloned over to a new one, and then had to schlep back to pick it up. Drives me nuts how as soon as there is a little bit of sun the inhabitants are out and about as if there is no pandemic. Traffic was horrific to get in and out and I was mightily relieved to be back home.

    Lots of batch cooking planned for today and one last grocery shop next Sunday to get me through three weeks of working Australian hours.

    So long since I updated properly that I don't even remember what I said I was going to do...

    Food has all been fine, walks/steps have been variable, yoga and bike riding have no happened.

    Started diet break yesterday, though it was a fail and I was a couple of hundred cals under maintenance. For today, I've scaled up the things that are both calorie dense and nutrient dense (seeds) through the day, and scaled back the veg volume for dinner, plus shifted timing around a little (though yesterday was more running late on having smoothies, which had a flow on effect to not being hungry at dinner time and it being a massive struggle to get through even my pared back meal).

    I knew I wasn't going to be getting up and doing Qi Gong but while I successfully moulded my backside to the sofa for a well earned day of watching films... my water intake was ATROCIOUS! Bad Rozzington Bear!

    Cold snap in the Northeast makes me a very lazy girl. Bowling last night helped. Strength workout scheduled for lunch today.

    Calories, carbs, protein and closing watch rings 😁. Good day for meeting goals but I’ve been feeling lately like nothing sounds good so I’m picking at random things to eat. Not a bad thing I suppose but maybe some advanced planning would help. I’d like to say I’m not hungry but that isn’t the case.

    I was wondering last week where everyone went. Hopefully they are off living their best low carb lives and don’t feel the need to check in.

    Today was a REST DAY for me, but I did stay under my calorie goal! I also stayed at my 20carb limit for my REST DAY, so I'm happy about that!
