Guys. We were down two nurses yesterday. One on Monday. And the weekend was not kind to me as I previously stated. Plus school started again. These are not excuses, just challenges. I have not been tracking, lost my streak, and although I have been making good choices, not tracking means I am still probably over eating and I am sure I will not have a loss. Next week I will do better. I usually use my few mins of spare time at work during the lulls to check in. Haven't had much.
@AmyG1982 I forgot to weigh in this morning. Prefer a morning weight so i will update in the morning2 -

Was going to go today but I was sitting on my couch finishing my Bible reading and I really didn't feel like moving. Will try to get some steps in on lunch today to make up for it.1 -
