Good Morning
Quick intro -my name is Tanya and I’m 44 -married, 2 kids 14&11. I live in snowy rural Ontario, Canada. I tipped the scales at 257 this past October and things were a bit out of control with my health. I lost about 8 pounds on my own that months and ended up on the Rx Saxenda to try and get me down to where I was a mere months earlier. Still have tests going on with my thyroid which has me a bit scared, however I did recognize I officially lost 30 pounds. Sitting at 227, my biggest goal this month is to get my stress in check -it sets off my symptoms which prevents me from being active and healthy. If I’m going to get off the medication, I need to have sound habits and practices ingrained. Here’s to a calm and health-focused February. Lots of Kundalini for this girl!6 -

Some people drink when they’re stressed. Others binge Netflix. I eat Taco Bell and do genealogy... not a good habit, the Taco Bell. I’ve probably had it five times in the last two weeks.2 -
