    This month I'm going to try and track my water, total calories and exercise minutes in a chart to see what the most influential factor is for loss for me. Realistically that's too many fluctuating elements to get see a real pattern, but it's not a proper science experiment :D

    Some people drink when they’re stressed. Others binge Netflix. I eat Taco Bell and do genealogy... not a good habit, the Taco Bell. I’ve probably had it five times in the last two weeks.
