Sorry for the delayed post. I had a 2,500-word paper due at midnight that I had to finish. I did both good and not so great with my eating - I didnβt have soda, yet I had a lot of sweet tea and some ice cream to eat. It needs to be all or almost nothing. What I had Thursday isnβt close to βalmost nothingβ for sugar or calories.

Goals/Comments: I'm still fighting this cough and the new medication is not working and I just feel so drained. I spoke to my Baraitric Dr at my phone appointment today she wants me to try my best to drink protein shake as my meals for now and do light cardio so I am not sitting around waiting for this cough to subside since we know it will go on until the Spring time March or April.
I'm still here though.
