Amazing loss! 😁1 -
Thanks @SisuMom2019 ! Nice suggestion but no point in spending cash on work accessories just yet, I'll be working from home until later summer or autumn I'd guess, but I could save it for later Congratulations on your loss and great news about the biopsy.1

Great news with the biopsy. You are doing great with your weight loss. Keep it up! 💜1 -

I got Chick-fil-a tonight (my rediscovered weakness). Anywho, instead of getting a milkshake, I left that off my order and switched the fries for a parfait. Had some leftover fries at home I ate, but I didn’t get the high caloric content from the milkshake. Again, nothing huge, but it’s a start.3 -

I have a question. My weigh in day is Sunday but my weight is always lower on Saturday. For some reason, I my weight drops on Saturday and then I gain on Sunday. Does it make sense to change my weigh in day for March?3 -

Daily check in sun 2/7
Tracked no
Calories probably over
Exercise sadly no
Didn’t track as I knew what was planned for the super bowl. Lots of snacky foods. Veggies and dip. Homemade pretzels, homemade boneless chicken wings. Had a good a good time. Today is back to keep track.0
