Well I didn’t think I would go for a walk at lunch but it did warm up so I went for a walk I also did my shoveling lol so I got my 20 minutes. Tracked and logged.5

I am under by a few calories, got my 🏋♀️ in, a short walk in the freezing ❄ cold and am up very late 😔. That's about it.5 -

I braved the cold and walked outside 7 miles tonight! It got up to a whoppin 32(F) today, higher than it's been for over a week... and it's not going to get this warm for several MORE days! Ugh!7 -

@SummerSkier My trail ride yesterday was on a Tennessee Walker in beautiful Cave Creek, Arizona. My horse, Coco, is too nervous for the multiple use urban trails near the stable in Phoenix. He and I are learning to communicate with clicker training. I am finding this new way to relating to a horse emotionally rewarding to me and my horse.5 -
After two days of trying to be like @Bill70sStrong, I am ready to get some sleep.
Friday, Rose choose the hiking location and the pace. She loves the desert and calls herself "a late in life hiker." She and @Mrs_Hoffer would do well together.
