Well here in Montana we are just starting to unfreeze. It was between -15 and -40 for over a week. this 15 above 0 feels like spring2 -

Same as last week. Got a new scale. It even adjusts for your leaning. It gives you the weather. Your heart rate and BM. I'm scared of this machine. I have to sinc it my phone for it doesn't recognise me yet lol.

Well I do feel a little safer about being in the 100s now (:
I need to do better about continuing to drink water through the weekend because sometimes I just end up dehydrated through Saturday and Sunday, and I do think that's a contributor to the large loss. I did walk to work every day that it wasn't raining this week (only 1.5 miles each way, but it's something!), and I want to make that more of a habit. I started working at this location in November so it's been pretty cold/gross outside throughout, but if the weather could just calm down, I do like the walk.
I also recently talked to a friend who used to do crossfit and we may start doing weights workouts together in her garage. That could be big for me because even when I was 'fit,' it was 99% cardio, 1% legs, and 0% arms. My upper body has always been absurdly weak and it'd be awesome to actually feel like I have strength at some point.
Also, big success now that I'm ~2 months in...I haven't had any soda in the new year! For someone who was as obsessed with it as I was/am, still very proud of going cold turkey. I do think about it a decent amount (mostly because there are always dozens of cans for free in the work fridge), but have been able to just go to seltzer or refill my water bottle instead. So yay me.6 -

Welcome @mita271 !! Hope you'll find this team exactly what you need to support your journey!!
