YES, X'S 3 - BUT oy! This was a weird day. RATHER LOW ON PROTEIN - EVEN THOUGH I'M SHOVELING IT IN... GUESS I'LL HAVE TO ADD SHAKES AGAIN... Really ok on everything...except sodium since I used high sodium tuna packs(yuck, I know) ... Like so many - I have been battling the yoyo of the emotional roller coaster it is easy to get on if not careful... prayer...exercise...tracking...repeating... but...I'M STILL WELL WITHIN MY CALORIE COUNT... hoping to get my taxes completed this evening...and might do zumba...then work on them ...then zumba...then work...9

3 x Yes. Exercise still minimal at 20 minutes walk, but I did get out! I saw a real live friend in person for 10 minutes. My spice sachets for making delicious curries arrived in the post. Grey day, but I had quite a good time reading. Count your blessings!7 -
