Linda took me to a really fun place tonight and I am a kid at heart! Once when I was camping with my kids we had a big chess game like this at the campground! I might look slightly

@transparentenigma Good for you! You've taken that first step of identifying one of the "threats to success" that Maddie spoke of a few days ago. Identifying it, facing it head on and not continuing to ignore or excuse it is wonderful news! Now to "work on it until you land on a solution that works!" (to finish the quote from Maddie!) And although that part is definitely much harder, for me I KNOW that my success is very close at hand at this point. Just keep working on it!

@transparentenigma - love the saying on your profile pic. Don’t be too hard on yourself about the food you love. This is a process, not an overnight fix. The only way you won’t succeed is if you give up.
Have had a really good week so far and the scale is showing it. Sometimes things just click. This is proof to stick with it even when you’re struggling and the scale is moving in the wrong direction. All of February was a struggle for me, but here I am, making progress again.
Will post more about a podcast that really resonated with me yesterday, but right now, I need to get dressed for a morning run.5 -
