    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Planks Day 5 (3min 20 sec) + 30 min of “Lift and Shred” with J. Michaels + walking 8km (1:38:15).

    Weekdays are easy, although I am still working from home and the fridge is so close; now the difficult part is coming - Weekend!!!
