    Happy Friday everybody.. big step for me this week. I've started drinking my coffee black (with sugar) but without any heavy cream. saving myself about 60 calories a day...

    But...does it taste any good? :(

    As someone who has been in maintenance for about 20 years...it's a lifetime of making healthy choices each day with many bumps, twists and turns. But it's the right kind of hard!

    YAY! My March goal is to be safely back in the 140's (darn holiday pounds...fat is so hard to lose!) 140 is the upper limit of my "happy weight." I feel my best and my clothes fit great around 138/139.

    OMG props to you. I am in person (teach in the Chicago suburbs) and we did go remote between Thanksgiving until mid January and it was SO HARD! I teach 3rd grade too! Where do you teach?


    Hi. I teach at a public school in central Pennsylvania. We are a large district. 11 teachers per grade! There are 4 virtual teachers for third grade. I’m lucky that I am not the only one and we work as a virtual team to recreate the wheel and make everything digital.

    I 100% let the day get away from me on Friday. The day that I add my weight to the group. I did weigh myself in the am and it is recorded on my app but I never came here to type it. What happens now? I’ve only been a member 1 month and this is my first miss.
    Also- next week would I say my PW was from this Friday even thought I didn’t record it or would I say it’s from the Friday in February when I last came here to type it?

    CW (Friday 5th) 212.2. A gain but I know exactly what it was so I’m not going to let it get me down.

    No worries at all! You have to miss two weeks in a row to get dropped and you can always be added back later. Just weigh in as usual this Friday.
