@thabit11 - tracked as 1/2 cup fiber one (I assume that at some point i found 26 grams was 1/2 cup) = 60 cal, plus 1 tb chia at 60 cal, plus 1 scoop Quest PB protein powder at 110 cal, plus 4 oz fat free greek yogurt (tracked as Oikos) at 60 cal. Total for that is 290 calories

Much lower than expected!! Thanks! I will buy/ find all the ingredients and give it a try 💜💜

@thabit11 i’m sure it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, so apologies in advance if you don’t like the combo.

@Impala007 Try and grab hold of what you've got now and make decisions on that ..

I work out better in the morning. Try different times to find what works for you.

@Impala007 I set a goal to have 3k steps (fitbit) by 10am, and 5k by noon..... and that alone has helped me to get off my behind earlier in the day (desk job here) and get some kind of movement going on. The days that I meet that first 3k goal - the rest of the day seems to take care of itself! It's been a game-changer for me!!
