    Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. The original goal was for the last three sessions to use the 40 lb KB exclusively.

    However, I ended off the first week by advancing my workout progression. That means I may end up doing more than 3 sessions this month with only the 40 lb KB.

    The number in yellow indicates the number of minutes taken to complete the workout that day

    I remember reading or hearing somewhere to not waste calories on cereals, since you get hungry fast. So I avoided it this time on dieting, just to find out cereals have the highest when it comes to iron! Fortified ones, so back to cearel again 😂.
